Although the listing side is more catered to Chad’s position, he works with buyers as well, and has come across the issue of buyers being apprehensive about signing the agreement due to its relatively new emergence in the real estate world.
As new buyers tend be taken aback by a buyer’s agreement, it is important to note that the agreement is a mandated law, and must be signed by any buyer. Therefore, the important item to note is that the agreement will be signed regardless of who the buyer works with, and the focus should be more aimed at ensuring the buyer selects the right team for their needs, which in more cases than not, is the Ultimate Selling Team.
